Dancer, teacher and choreographer Patience J shares some Afro dance moves to bring us some joy, along with participants Bella, Dahlia and Ranjini, who are dancing these moves for the first time.

Patience invites us to add our own sauce, spice and seasoning – so have fun with it, bring your individuality and make it your own!

These workshops can be done standing or seated and can be adapted to all levels and abilities.
