Imagine how it feels to dance in your favourite music video, TV series or Broadway show!

Lizzie is a dancer and TV presenter who has starred on So You Think You Can Dance and has been a judge on CBBC’s Alesha’s Street Dance Stars. She’s joined by Jourdan and Maria, to practice some simple commercial routines which you can try at home.

Many of these workshops can be done standing or seated and can be adapted for different levels and abilities.
