Liam has been a dancer with one of the UK’s leading contemporary dance companies, Rambert, for 7 years. In this series, he’s joined by participants Soraya and Betsy, as he shares some of the key aspects of contemporary dance – curving, arching, spiralling and balance – suitable for all ages and abilities. There’s also a chance to use your creativity and imagination through guided improvisation!
