Toys come to life through the magic of storytelling, music, and dance, creating a captivating show for the whole family.

Inspired by Margery Williams book.

To celebrate balletLORENT’s 30th year they bring a new heartwarming show The Velveteen Rabbit, retold for family audiences in the inimitable balletLORENT style.

In this entertaining dance theatre treat, a stuffed rabbit and a grown-up boy both wonder about the reality of getting older, and question what it means to be loved, and discover what it might take to be real.

When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with, but REALLY loves you, then you become Real

Image description: A child dressed in a white top and dark shorts is whispering into the oversized ear of a rabbit puppet. The face and ears of the rabbit take up the central area of the image. Behind is a horse puppet head and a circus tent in yellow and red stripes. The image is quite dark and feels secretive.
