In addition to presenting the best international dance on our stages, we make and tour our own globally. We take pride in the role we play in bringing innovative and inspiring works to audiences around the world.

This year, we took The Rite of Spring / common ground[s] to Edinburgh International Festival, one of the biggest arts festivals in the world. Not only did it attract more than 7,000 people in its three-day run, but also received excellent reviews.

In our 18-year producing and touring journey so far, we have produced 87 new works, 64 full-length productions and we’ve given 2,231 performances on tour, traveling to 231 cities in 51 countries. Collaborating with our Associate Artists and dance companies internationally, we have created award-winning dance productions.

Experience what it’s like to be on the road with one of our touring productions, with this short film about our time at Edinburgh International Festival.
